Tofu dip with garlic, lemon and dill

Light, easy to make and sooo flavorful, this recipe is a family favorite! Serve it with fries, chips or crudités.

- 350g (organic) silken tofu, drained
- 1-2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (or more, to taste)
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- sea salt and pepper, to taste

Place all ingredients, except the dill, in the food processor and pulse until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides, as needed. Add the dill and pulse one more time, to combine.Taste and adjust the seasonings to suit your preference. Chill before serving. Enjoy!
