Asparagus salad


  Asparagus - so pretty and so good for you! Put it in a vase and you have a beautiful, vibrant decor in your kitchen ...


                                    turn it into a simple salad!

- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon (its juice)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste 

  Wash and trim the asparagus then steam it for about 4 minutes.

   Run it under  cold water then arrange it on plate. Drizzle it with the vinaigrette you prepared from the mashed garlic, lemon juice, e.v.o.o., salt and pepper. Enjoy!
