String beans and chickpeas with tahini sauce

The beauty of this dish relies in its simplicity. Nourishing yet light, it is delightfully Middle Eastern due to the tahini sauce. Serve it together with Kale Tabouleh (recipe here) and you have the perfect combination!

Ingredients (serves 4)
-1 cup chickpeas, boiled and drained
-1 cup green beans, trimmed
-1 cup yellow beans, trimmed
- sea salt, to taste
- tahini sauce (recipe here)

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, add some salt and blanch the string beans 4-5 minutes or according to prefference (if you like them softer, keep them a bit longer), drain and rinse under cold water. Arrange the beans and chickpeas on a platter, sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with tahini (tarator) sauce. Enjoy!

Fasole verde si naut cu sos tarator
Iata o reteta pe cat de simpla pe atat de gustoasa si hranitoare! Serviti-o impreuna cu Salata Tabouleh de napi si aveti combinatia perfecta!

Ingrediente ( 4 portii)
- 1 cana boabe de naut, fiert si scurs
- 1 cana fasole verde, curatata
- 1 cana fasole galbena, curatata
- sare de mare, dupa gust
- sos tarator (cititi reteta aici)

Opariti fasolea in apa sarata clocotita, timp de 4-5 minute daca va place 'al dente' sau putin mai mult daca o preferati mai fiarta. Scurgeti fasolea si treceti-o sub un jet de apa rece. Aranjati fasolea si nautul pe un platou, presarati cu sare si turnati cateva linguri de sos tarator. Pofta buna!
