Green beans and chickpea salad

    A friend once lovingly called me the Salad Diva and I guess she was right, I tend to turn everything into a salad, I'm quite obsessed! So here's another one for you!

Ingredients (serves 4-6)
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup chickpeas, boiled and drained
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 garlic, mashed
- a handful parsley, finely chopped
- a handful mint, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sumac (optional)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and pepper

  Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the green beans for about 4-5 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water. In a bowl, combine green beans, chickpeas, tomato, onion, garlic, parsley, mint and season with salt, pepper, sumac, lemon juice and olive oil to taste. Enjoy!

Salata de fasole verde cu naut

Ingrediente (4-6 portii)
- 2 cani de fasole verde, curatata
- 1 cana boabe de naut, fiert si scurs de zeama
- 1 rosie, taiata cubulete
- 1 ceapa mica, taiata marunt
- 1 catel de usturoi, zdrobit
- 1 mana de patrunjel verde, tocat
- 1 mana de menta proaspata, tocata
- 1 lingurita sumac (optional)
- zeama de la o lamaie
- 3 linguri ulei de masline extra virgin
- sare de mare si piper proaspat macinat, dupa gust.

Opariti fasolea verde intr-o oala cu apa clocotita, timp de 4-5 minute, scurgeti si treceti fasolea sub un jet de apa rece. Intr-un bol, amestecati fasolea verde cu restul ingredientelor. Pofta buna!
