Roasted red beet and toasted walnut hummus

A delicious hummus that benefits of the added nutrition (and pretty color!) of the roasted beets.

 Ingredients
- 1 can (540 g/19 oz) chickpeas, drained
- 4 small beets, roasted (see the method here)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tablespoons tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- sea salt

Pulse all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings and don't forget to enjoy!
