Romaine lettuce wraps with mouhammara


    This is not exactly a recipe, it's more an idea of how to use muhammara to make delicious wraps. I used romaine hearts for my wraps, not exactly the perfect choice as they are not soft enough to allow a pretty wrap but they taste heavenly anyway. For better results I suggest using the outer leaves of the romaine lettuce, collard greens, pita bread or tortillas.

- lettuce leaves, washed and dried well
- raw mushrooms, sliced
- cucumbers, sliced thinly

  Take one lettuce leaf, spread some muhammara in the middle, add mushrooms and cucumbers and... enjoy!
